CATL’s sodium batteries have already been installed in passenger vehicles, report says

CATL’s Naxtra brand sodium-ion batteries have been loaded into a passenger vehicle model from Changan Oshan and are set to undergo winter testing.
Passenger vehicle models from GAC and JAC will also be equipped with CATL’s sodium-ion batteries.
Nio nears delivery of 60,000th 3rd-gen ES8 SUV

The delivery of the 60,000th third-generation Nio ES8 is approaching, after the 50,000th unit was achieved on January 18.
Nio Inc delivered a record 48,135 vehicles in December, with the ES8 contributing 22,258 units.
