Automakers’ share of China NEV market in 2024: BYD tops with 34.1%, Tesla 3rd with 6.0%

Tesla had retail sales of 657,102 units in China in 2024, ranking third in the Chinese NEV market with a 6.0 percent share.
BYD ranks first with 3,718,281 retail sales of NEVs and 34.1 percent share.
