Vattenfall and WirelessCar test automated charging

Vattenfall InCharge and WirelessCar have completed a pilot project for the automated charging of electric vehicles. Their cloud-based service, Seamless Charging, is designed to enable charging sessions without the need for a charging card or smartphone app. According to the companies, more than 700 drivers in Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany tested the system during pilot trials conducted this spring. Norway’s EV share reaches 96.5% in June

Norway registered 18,875 new battery-electric cars in June, giving EVs a market share of 96.5 per cent of all new passenger car registrations.
