China NEV retail at 484,000 in May 1-18, up 32% year-on-year
China’s NEV penetration at retail stood at 52.0 percent in the May 1-18 period and 48.8 percent year-to-date.
Retail sales of all passenger vehicles in China were 932,000 units in May 1-18, up 12 percent from a year earlier.
BYD Denza sees 10,000th N9 SUV roll off line
Denza saw the 10,000th N9 roll off the production line today, two months after the large luxury SUV was launched.

Nio Inc delivered 42,094 vehicles in the first quarter, within its guidance range of 41,000 to 43,000 vehicles.
It had previously guided first-quarter revenue to be between RMB 12.37 billion and RMB 12.86 billion.

The new factory broke ground last year, and construction of the production halls and office buildings appears to be complete.
