StoreDot says that by 2024, its battery cells will achieve 100 miles of range after just five minutes of charging


StoreDot, an Israel-based electric vehicle battery startup, says it will deliver battery cells that will be able to achieve a charge of 100 miles of range in just five minutes. The company says that those battery cells will be ready for mass production in 2024 and that it will be able to manufacture cells that can achieve 100 miles of range in just three minutes by 2028. Rivian announces 2 motor and smaller battery options, config updates, and steep $12,000+ price increase


Rivian today announced several significant price increases for its R1T electric pickup truck and R1S electric SUV that have resulted in the cost of many reservation holders’ configurations rising by more than $12,000. Electric Jeep and Ram 1500 BEV teased in Stellantis’s ‘Dare Forward 2030’ strategy to become carbon neutral by 2038


Multinational automotive manufacturer Stellantis has officially joined the electric revolution by recently outlining its blueprint for net zero carbon emissions by 2038. The conglomerate’s strategy, called Dare Forward 2030, calls for 50% of US vehicle sales and 100% of European sales to be BEVs by the end of the decade. Stellantis also teased two upcoming EVs under its marques: Jeep’s first electric SUV and a Ram 1500 BEV pickup said to deliver some leading performance. More…
