Germany to establish legal framework for remote-controlled vehicles

With the Road Traffic Remote Control Ordinance (StVFernLV), the German Federal Ministry of Transport has created a legal framework for the testing of remote-controlled motor vehicles on public roads for the first time. The regulation is due to come into force on 1 December 2025. Read more…
