Today Mercedes announced that its EQE SUV and EQS SUV models are now capable of Automated Valet Parking, joining the EQE and EQS which already had the feature. This means SAE Level 4 automated driverless parking, which sounds incredibly useful – because it would be, if you could use it anywhere. You’d basically exit the car and then send it off to park itself. But you can’t – use this anywhere, that is.
