Chinese government attempts to limit inland price wars


The Chinese government is getting involved in the wave of discounts for electric cars triggered by BYD. At a meeting organised by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the relevant authorities in Beijing at the beginning of this week car manufacturers were urged caution.
